1. First of all, click on the ‘image’ showing above to log in to your account. If you have not registered yet, BECCATO welcome you to be part of our Beccatian family member for FREE.
2. If you’re already a Beccatian (member), please fill in your registered member email and password according to the system requirements.
- For those who are not a Beccatian (member), please register for an account for free upon system request.
- If you forget your password, please click ‘Forgot Password’ and enter your email address which used to registered account. System will send an email to your email address for you to reset password.
PS: Beccatians need to log in to account in order to gain B-Coins (points) for every purchased order.
3. Beccatian can start to shop with us once logged in to account. Please click “Shop” to select the products you want to buy, then add the products to the shopping cart.
4. To look for package price, click on the product before adding it to the shopping cart, and then you will see bundle options related to the product. Choose your favorite package and quantity, and then add to the ‘Shopping Cart’.
- If there are more than one product to purchase, you can repeat the above operation.
5. After that click on the ‘Shopping Cart icon’ to double confirm item in the cart.
- Please double check the quantity and price of item, and then click 'Proceed to Checkout'
6. After that, please fill in your shipping information and double check the address, contact number and email address of delivery according to the system requirements.
- You need to select the shipping area and payment method, and finally click 'Place Order'.
- Please choose “eGHL” for online direct debit, credit card/debit card or e-wallet payment.
7. If you choose “Online Bank Transfer” as your payment method, you will see a guideline for the remittance steps after click “Place Order”
- Please follow the guideline that already been provided to make the payment which you need to manually transfer / bank in to BECCATO official bank account.
- After remittance, please send your receipt of proven to us by the following way.
- Finally, your order is completed. You can now wait for goods to deliver to you.
